Since 1997, MV Marketing has worked with thousands of young men and women in credit card sales. We are the pioneer for third party agency model for credit card sales. In the last 20 years of business, we have worked with almost all the card issuing banks in Malaysia - both local and international banks. And we have transformed hundreds of our young people lives with this simple career of selling credit cards.
We have gone through the Asian Finance Crisis ( 1998 ) ,the dot.com bust ( 2001 ) and the Lehman Brothers collapse ( 2008 ). We have grown stronger after every financial crisis. A remarkable achievement for a card sales agency with more than 20 years of continuous service despite the ups and downs of the consumer credit card business.

Our compensation model is based on full time employment contract which offers basic salary, submission allowances and overriding scheme for leaders. If you fit the bill for any of the positions listed below, come and talk to us.

We adopt zero tolerance to fraud and mis-selling activities. We play by the rules that govern the business we operate in. We believe in paying our people fairly and on time.
TRADITIONAL
We subscribe to the one agent one bank relationship. We hire only full time sales agents exclusively to sell one bank’s products. We do not subscribe to the practice of multiple cards selling, trading of contract and appointment of sub-agents and freelance agents.
PERFORMANCE
We emphasize on performance all the time. Seniority counts little here without performance. Results speak. We believe personal accountability and ownership attitude is key to success.
